Tales of the New Teen Titans #1 p 24

Victor Stone (aka Cyborg) must decide to save his childhood friend or stop a bomb from going off at the United Nations.

Really love how George builds the tension as Victor contemplates his fateful choice in the bottom half panels, culminating in the great final image of Cyborg hurling the bomb into the night sky.   

I remember reading this issue as a kid and was struck in a powerful way by the message that violence and hate are never a solution. A really solid story penned by Marv.
