Whoa, this is a killer page, Tom! I love the Brotherhood all lined up in their giant "test tubes" in the middle panel. But obviously the bottom flashback panel is also fantastic. The page has such strong and interesting content that you forget Rom is supposed to be there!

Just like how the X-Men were placed in containment tubes in the Neal Adams run by the sentinels, it's a callback to see the technology advancements here decades later. Also, decades later, mutants are still rounded up and jailed with no due process!
