Description

I acquired this piece in an on-the-side deal with an ebay seller that I've done a ton of business with. He had stacks of Scarlet Witch illos for a time, and it feels like I bought most of 'em. This one is from Laroque, who was a pretty long-term penciller during what many consider the best period of the Legion, the Levitz written years in the early to mid 1980s, so he was definitely someone I wanted to get some art from at some point. I really like the very natural, relaxed pose in this one, and McClellan's inks are pretty good too. Pencil and ink on 11x14 Bristol.
