Description

My wife, Comfort Love, and I were thinking of ways to come up with fun pin-up images, and something we settled on was the idea of doing a faux-calendar, with each image relating to a month. This was my 'October.'

This was one of those hard times where, much as I hated it, the piece just needed to be inked. I couldn't have gotten the true blacks I needed with pencil, so it had to be done. To my credit, it worked out well enough. I actually used pencil on some of the finer details in the faces, to make sure the inks didn't fudge up the works too bad. The combination was pretty seamless, and helped me feel better about what I was doing.
