Description

I was lucky to get to Gene's table early the first day of the NYCC and be first on his list. I just started a New Avengers sketchbook but wasn't sure which character to have Gene draw. He suggested the Wasp, but I only had reference for the early version of Wanda's outfit. I think he did a terrific job giving that retro 60's look while adding his own modern realistic style! This just blew me away and raised the bar for future additions to the book.

Great work by Gene Ha! It must be a prerequisite to start off Avengers sketchbooks with a drawing of Scarlet Witch :)
