Description
This drawing was made by Tom Wood as a model of the cartoon's villain, Dirty Bill. He is shown from front and back so as to give others working on the cartoon a near complete view of the character's design. The image on the right was used on the end papers of the 1935 book of the Robber Kitten, which was originally published by McKay and later by Witman.
