I love the Teen Titans animated series. It's a really fun, enjoyable show. My two favorite members of the team are Raven and Beast Boy, since I see elements of my personality in both. How is that for schizo mindset?!?

Anyway, the animated version of Raven appeals to me because of her deadpan, sarcastic wit, her feelings of loneliness, and the fact that she's such a cute li'l goth girl. I got this convention sketch from artist Tim Smith 3, who has worked on the Teen Titans Go! comic book, which is inspired by the animated series.
