Description

The song they sing goes something like this: "Why, I'm Dirty Bill, from Kootie Hill. I fight and shoot and rob and kill. I never took a bath, and I never will. Oh, Dirty Bill." This drawing is clearly one of Tom Wood's preliminary studies. The outline of the figures has no life at all, and it almost looks like a tracing.
