Description

This was an idea that came up recently after Cap was assinated. I work out the actual design recently and gave it some quick color.

I thought about who might take over for Steve and cae up with these points for why Luke Cage would be a good choice:

He's a man from another are.
He stands up for his people.
He's loyal
Cap trusted him
