Description

Bitten & Bruised,pg 62, panel 1. signed by artist. First published in "Bitten & Bruised" for Bedeteca de Lisboa, limited edition of 500 copies and later reprinted in "pictures that tick". Dave Mckean introduces the story as " A persistent dream, lying next to my wife, lifting the covers while she sleeps, afraid of what i might see".
From this one can assume that this a self portrait of sorts.
