From one of those rare 2 part Flash stories.
This story had the Barry Allen Flash being framed for the death of Abra Kadabra. While Flash is rotting in jail, Abra has escaped only to go up against the Golden Age Flash, Jay Garrick.
Irv Novick was my favorite Flash artist. And the first part of the story in Flash 246 probably had the best ever Flash cover, drawn and colored (??) by Neal Adams himself.
The Flash was created by Gardner Fox and artist Harry Lampert.
Abra Kadabra was created by John Broome and Carmine Infantino.
