Description
I used to own the 2-page spread from Fantastic Four # 247 that this scene was based on; unfortunately I had to sell it when we were having our house built. John Byrne did this piece for me in 2006 and it certainly took away the sting of having had to sell the original pages! I am sorry for the quality of the image; the original is 20" x 30" and is too large to scan.

Congratulations Jim, this is a superb piece of artwork by the second-best FF artist (after the King) of all-time! How I yearn to see JB back doing the Fantastic Four !!!!

I love this . How I want my own FF vs piece, .....sigh! . It's one of the last few artists I'm after and I've got a great idea for a piece but alas John is not doing private stuff at the moment . I hope that changes . Congrats on such an awesome art piece.
