Description

       I'd been looking at some of Dave's comic pages, but I loved seeing this multiple pose drawing at Splash Page Comic Art. It really looks like an animation artist at work.

       Dave directed the video apaptation of Darwyn Cooke's New Frontier after working as a storyboard artist on many of the WB series. He directed episodes of Lucasfilm Animation's Star Wars Clone Wars and Sony's Spider-Man cartoon.

       I first met Dave at San Francisco's Animation On Display con in 2006 where he drew this Kim Possible sketch for me. Along with a couple friends a few months later, Dave gave us a tour of Skywalker Ranch while he was working on Clone Wars..
