Green Arrow 46 page 7 Speedy premier

Not QUITE the first time Speedy appears in uniform. She did so in a dream sequence early back in GA #11, and wore a make-shift outfit (exercise gear and a mask) during the "City Walls" arc. She first appeared in this uniform on the last three pages of the previous issue (which was the last issue drawn by the legendary Phil Hester and Ande Parks art team). This is her big premier as GA's official side kick, and her first outing fighting a super villain. Art is by Tom Fowler and Rodney Ramos, acquired from the inker.
