DescriptionThis is a piece by Henry Boltinoff, best remembered for the fillers like Super Turtle he did for Silver Age DC comics. He wasn’t known for his girlie art, but apparently had a good day with this one. On the back are indications that it was used at least twice and at least once by Humorama, apparently in 1959 and 1967. Unlike many reused images, this one doesn’t have two gags written on it. So, it may have been run twice with exactly the same gag. Of course, the girls could have been talking about anything. As an attorney and professor in trusts and wills, I have to say that the statement makes no legal sense. The implication is that she somehow either got or failed to get money from her sugar daddy’s estate.Social/Sharing |
