Many thanks to the seller for putting this on the market. I love this page - it captures the theme of the story, has wonderful artwork. Personally, I greatly appreciate - nay, love! - the fact that this is a piece from a time before McKean mastered the Mac.

When I first got my hands on the book, in it's German edition, this was the page I spent most time studying in detail, trying to figure out how McKean had put this together. Now, with a much richer source to study hanging at my wall, I still don't think I can fully answer that question. :-)

This is was truly an "adult" graphic novel. McKean beautifully expresses the rage and hopelessness of our protagonist and the seeming unfairness of life.

Congratulations on a beautiful piece! One of the qualities that makes Mckean special is his ability to capture and express emotions in his storytelling regardless of the theme of the book. This page from Signal to Noise is a perfect example of that. Great stuff!
