Here we have a third rival for Archie's affections, decades before Cheryl Blossom who actually looks prettier than B&V do in all but a few of their pictures, even in 1963, a neat trick since about the only difference between DeCarlo cuties in Archie is their hair and hers is short. I presume this is DeCarlo based solely on the style.

In this story, Veronica, sabotages the relationship by sabotaging their shop project. What a little bitch.
