Description

Thomas Yeates created this Zorro drawing for me at Supercon in Hayward in 1999. When I saw the artist at Sacramento Comic Con in March 2025, I showed him the library display I set up in 2018. He told me that it was published by Twomorrows in an issue on classic comics heroes. Thomas used to ask for a photocopy of his con sketches. I knew the small publisher was hurting from a distributor bankruptcy so I ordered the magazine which arrived today. This magazine was edited by now retired Michael Eury. Long ago, the editor had asked for good scans of some Arthur Adams artwork after seeing them in this CAF gallery. Several ended up in the book.
