Benno, a superb cover by a master draftsman! John Severin was one of the greatest inkers and it�s very evident with this example! This is what happens often on the CAF labyrinth - a great cover gets few views and comments over many years. And then the utter and very common dreck that gets posted daily these days gets thousands of views and many comments. It�s kind of sad, actually. CAF should create a rotated highlight page of classic art on a daily basis, great art that was posted back years ago an all but forgotten. The art that we all want to see daily gets lost in the current wasteland of commissions and sketches, which are dumped on CAF every day.

Severin is amazingly good and amazingly underrated - his western art is particualrly nice and this is a wonderful example of it
