Description

As Craig mentioned in his posting of this piece, it was convention sketch that became something of a take home sketch/commission. "Maybe a little colored pencil", he said.

And this was HOT on the heals of Craig completing his Elric piece. So if he wanted to have a breather, OK, fine. But after the Elric piece, Craig was still capable of producing this.

As they say, the scan doesn't do justice. But I think my scan best represents the blues. I think Craig's scan did better with the reds.

The Hawk and Dove were created by Steve Ditko and Steve Skeates.
