Description

Another nice Oksner Supergirl page. I love the first two panels. Reflecting on the brief time they shared a studio, Alex Toth described Oksner's frustration with inking hair. He deferred to inkers like Bernard Sachs who -- in Oksner's eyes -- had mastered the technique. Looking at pages like this, drawn many years later, it's clear that Oksner eventually got the hang of it.

Great page! I've always loved this story. Congrats on finding a nice example. It figures an artist would find and appreciate a hidden gem like this.
