DescriptionI bought this directly from Michael long ago. From what I recall him telling me, the original pencils were lightboxed and inked by George Freeman so he went back and inked the original pencils himself. Thus this is not strictly the original that appeared on the cover, but is indeed the only original of the piece with Michael's pencils and inks. Later, years after I bought this, I met Michael Moorcock at a book signing and had him sign this along with several other pieces of elric art I had, plus a crapload of his books. I was a HUGE Moorcock fan, though I will admit my ardor for his work has diminished somewhat over the years.Social/Sharing |

Oh man! seeing this brings back memories for sure! Those years of AD&D were great!
