President Nelson - Joker and Robin - Gottle of Geer!

Okay, this one seemed like it would be a lot less freaky in my head than it turned out in real life. Joker using a captive Robin as a ventriloquist dummy seemed like it might be fun, with a hint of creepy thrown in. What I ended up with was creepy with a heavy dose of macabre.



This is in no way a reflection on the artist, Prez Nelson, who took the idea and ran with it to a natural conclusion. It's just Robin ended up looking... "deader" than I expected, and I hadn't quite anticipated where Joker's left arm might appear to be.



I'd also seen his great Batman/Harley image here http://presidentnelson.deviantart.com/art/Harley-Quinn-Oops-80171622, and wondered what Joker and Robin might be doing in the meantime.



Prez' Joker looks awesomely horrific, and the smile painted on Robin's face is a suitably ghastly and therefore a very Jokerish thing to do.



If it makes you feel better I'm sure it's just red paint, Robin's just out cold and it's all to mess with Batman's head, that's what I keep telling myself!
