Description

My first Severin/Everett piece...I get the feeling they liked working together. They signed their covers with "E7V"; on this cover it is in the lower left on the bystander's sneaker sole. I liked the perspective on this cover and the groovy couple leaving the movie theatre. Love those Everett inks...bring them on!

This cover is indeed packed with coolness... it just screams 1970! I remember seeing house ads in Marvels comics for this, and thinking how dramatic it was. Mirthful Marie and Wild Bill made a great pairing... kudos on a nice pick-up!

Marie has been wat under-appreciated as a layout and pencil artist. At one time, there were a bunch of her prelim layouts floating around, many Marvel covers by the better known artists. And the master's inks are always so smoooooth.

Crazy cool cover! Love the dynamic POV here. Severin did a wonderful job drawing this one and Everett's inks really bring the scene to life! Great pick-up!
