Description

This was done by James Jean at the San Diego Comic Con 2008 at the Giant Robot booth where James Jean was promoting the ISSUE #54 of Giant Robot Magazine (August 2008) where he drew the cover and there's a feature article and interivew with James Jean. Interestingly, I asked him to draw Vampirella, and he didn't really want to draw it because he's not a comic book character artist, so he drew a female character that then started evolving into Vampirella, and then he asked to see a Vampirella reference picture again, and then put in her split bangs hairdo and transformed the sketch into VAMPIRELLA by James Jean !!! He's one of the nicest artists around and is very fan friendly.
