Description

And because I couldn't wait to see more of Phil's work, a few days later at the 2002 Wizard World Chicago convention, I waited in the long Beautiful Killer line again and asked for a Catwoman sketch. I was probably crossing a line that I shouldn't have, but it was my first convention in at least a decade, and my first experience with sketches, so I plead ignorance. And the fact that they won't leave my collection and are both currently in small frames hanging on my wall alongside the larger pieces by Phil makes me not regret asking for the second one in the least. I had no idea at the time if I would attend another convention anytime in the near future...luckily for me, it turned out to be just the start!
