Description

This is the first shot I got from artist Tim Sale, whose body of work includes BATMAN: THE LONG HALLOWEEN, BATMAN: DARK VICTORY, SUPERMAN: FOR ALL SEASONS, DAREDEVIL: YELLOW, SPIDER-MAN: BLUE, HULK: GRAY, and currently the hand behind the prophetic paintings in HEROES. Here we see the beginnings of a spectacular sketch of The Joker, which a) costed $110, and b) goes to one of the lucky guys that got there early and got a ticket. It was a marvel seeing him at work.
