Wonder Woman Day 2008: Marge Wonder Woman KOs Homer Radioactive Man by Bill Morrison

This is the piece that I actually had a bidding war on for Wonder Woman Day 2008 in Portland. Some sweet old lady swooped in at last 30 seconds to steal the bid and i countered her and lingered my pen on the silent auction paper til they called time--yes, i hogged it but that's how the cookies crumble....She was a good sport about it and admired my fervor. We actually talked about how the Simpsons has many links to Portland being Bill Morrison is local and Matt Groenig went to school in Portland.

Thanks Bill for such a great piece and thanks to the nice lady in Portland who didn't break my legs after it was all said and done....lol.

Much fun was to be had that Day and it went to a good cause--no harm for a little healthy competition for a good cause!!!
