I'm not sure who drew this Black Condor clone or from what issue the page was published. After owning this page for years, I finally starting to look closer at the words and picked out Kapitan Limbas. I looked that name up on the internet and found that he appeared in Alcala Fight Komix. Strangely, a character named the Kondor also appeared in that comic later and he looked exactly like DC's Black Condor.
