I was regretably late in discovering FD (long after all the good stuff was scooped up), but wanted to say I love this page. It's Mannion's story-telling and art skills at his best.
It's a nice one. I got lucky and got on the Mannion train really early when he was selling pinups and Strange Pirate Tales and Strange Fairy Tales pages on eBay. I rarely ever win any of his auctions anymore but I love his work. Fearless Dawn is great.
