DescriptionEveryone remember McDuffie's JLofA 13 and 14 where Cheetah, Dr Light and another villainess captured Wonder Woman (amongst others) and then Lex strung them all up front and centre in one of those power dampening devices to get Superman's attention. ?. The heroes later escape thanks to an off panel intervention by Batman. Remember all that ? Thought not. Anyway, the scene makes several big jumps so, I thought a page or two filling in some of the details might be fun. Here's page 1 of 2 and this one shows the always pleasant Dr Light and Cheetah dragging Wonder Woman off and taking great pleasure in imprisoning her in the machine. I asked the question of how two villains would actually get a powerhouse like Wonder Woman into a machine like that. OK she might be dazed but it's not like it'd be a walk in the park. The solution was to use her lasso against her. Sometimes it's fun to try and fill in the blanks in a story. Really nice idea, and great execution by Ron Adrian! Even in bondage, Wonder Woman looks very powerful!
