Description
Dave Hoover can be the master of good girl art when he puts his mind to this. This piece is mostly done in colored pencil so artfully blended that it is absolutely seamless. This piece is drop dead gorgeous in person.

One wonders how that skull covering her naughty bit stays in place though.
