Description

Got this idea from Steve Morger of Super-Con who would challenge artists/inkers to reinterpret a blue-line version of pieces by well-known artists like Alex Ross, Adam Hughes, etc. I love what Ernie does with color and texture and he really creates a dynamic piece that brings new life into anyone's pencils....so I offered up a copy of my Michael Turner Superboy piece that I won nearly 3 years ago to see what Ernie might create....I really love it...I gave him no reference...so he just colored Conner as the Superman we know but just in a t-shirt....It is a nice color twist and I love the explosions above his head....Very Strong point of view and just well done...Thanks so Much Ernie !!! Wait til you see the next one to give us his version of this classic piece...Alex Nino !!!
