Description
I bought this directly from Greg Theakston, the last of Bob Kane's close collaborators. This is the artwork for one of what was supposed to be a series of Batman trading cards. This was one of the last Batman projects Bob Kane, the creator of Batman, was involved in. According to Theakston, he inked this on a light table from Kane's pencils. Theakston is himself someone of accomplishment, the inventor of Theakstonizing, someone whose work has appeared in more issues of Mad Magazine than Harvey Kurtzman's has.

Thanks, this piece was later used in an article about the Teen Titans. It's the first piece in my collection that was unpublished when I got it but got published later because someone saw it on my gallery.

One of the better examples of a Bob Kane Batman original I have seen. Congrats!
