I found this on the Original Comic Art section of Ebay. The artist says that this took on a life of its own while she was doing some "boredome doodling" (quotation marks are hers) while watching a bad movie.

Alissa is a promising young artist with a sure hand and a good imagination. Her art is apparently quite popular among her aficionados. She is a follower of Brom and this is put in this gallery with this name to put her next to a Brom piece, at least alphabetically. Her Ebay moniker is Jade_Meril.
