DescriptionBernie Wrightson - Vampire and Vampire Hunter Illustration was created for his card set Bernie Wrightson: Master of the Macabre, which was published by FPG in 1993. Imagine the sheer terror of this situation: trying to impale a snarling vampire in a moonlit graveyard, as he vaults a row of tombstones, just before he sinks his fangs into your jugular, and drains away your life's blood. Who better to capture such a tense do-or-die moment than the modern master of the macabre, Bernie Wrightson? This is the finished, full colored, inked drawing. Image area measures 7" x 10.5". The work is in excellent condition. This painted piece is signed at the lower left.
