Description

Here is the large 18 x 24" very detailed finished preliminary to what I believe is Wrightson's finest pencil work. The piece is 'squared' so that Wrightson could copy it square by square onto the finished piece's canvas, which he did in a very large scale. THe squaring is NOT as annoying as it may be in the scan--I have several other pieces (including a BWS) that are squared, which was a common practice by old masters in the 1500-1700s.

I've always loved wrighton's "Toccata and Fugue" This is a fantastic piece. How 'bout including a "detail" of it. Congrats!
