DescriptionAs I understand it, Phil Noto did a series of commissions using Playboy Playmates as the subjects. This one is of Pat Russo, Playmate of the Month for November 1965. The thing I like about 1960's Playmates was that they were "real" (not all silicone), and while sexy, not gynecological. You see more on commercials these days that you see here. This piece captures that fun with a very good likeness... albeit the piece is done on that horrible animator's paper.Social/Sharing |

Couldn't agree more, Wally...no silicone, no airbrushing (ok, limited airbrusing)...just girl-next-door charm. Phil captures that era so well.
