Description

Painted in 1982 for the cover of "Pawn of Prophecy" by David Eddings, first published by Corgi in 1983 for the UK and Australian paperback editions.

Also used for the german language edition "Kind der Prophezeiung" published by Bastei Lubbe in 1992.

Exhibited at the 2010 Aussiecon 4 art show in Melbourne.

This image was used continuously by Corgi across the numerous paperback editions of the novel produced between 1983 and 2010.

This painting was given to David Eddings by the publisher c1983, and subsequently sold by his estate in 2009.
