I was able to get on Amanda Conner's sketch list during the last day of Dragon*Con 2009 and got a bust from her. I came back to Artist's Alley around an hour before it closed to see if it was done. I saw my reference out when I got there but it wasn't done yet. I wandered around wanting for it to be finished so I could see it then. After a while I saw a big swatch of blue and darted over. I was there to see Amanda put the finishing touches on it.
