DescriptionI had the pencil art inked by Bob Layton! This has to be one of my very favorite pieces. So do I list this as published or unpublished? The penciled art was used to make the painted cover. But this inked version of the pencils wasn't published. I'm never sure.I spoke with Mike Zeck and confirmed that the penciled piece I have, which I later had inked by Bob Layton, was used by Phil Zimelman for the painted cover of the book. There is another version out there that was inked by Mike Zeck by lightboxing this piece. That was used for the books interior splash page. Social/Sharing |
