Description

This was done in acrylic color by Simone Bianchi at the Long Beach Comic Con on 10/04/09 held at Long Beach Convention Center on 10/02 - 10/04, the inagural year, 2009!

I'm working on trying to get a published piece by Simone Bianchi, so with that would subsidize that purchase by selling this one. This is done on thick illustration board that measures approx 10.75" wide by 16.75" high (so basically similar but a tad smaller than standard modern original comic book art page boards). I'd also entertain a trade offer, but am not really looking for anything specific and would rather keep this piece in my collection, but am open minded to listen and look at any offers.

It was done in pencil then with acrylic paints. Simone Bianchi did this piece over the course of 3 days at the LBCC, first laying it out, then drawing it out, and then finally finishing it by painting the piece with acrylics in full glorious vibrant color!

A vibrant example of Bianchi's art, the movement and emotion in this piece are first class!

I saw this piece when he was working on it. Scan is looking great but seeing this piece in sight is even better. Congratulations.
