Description

A while back I stumbled on the reruns of the Television show "Millennium" which originally aired in the late 1990s. I absolutely loved the show and even bought the complete seasons on DVD so I could watch them as they had originally aired.

Needless to say I decided to commission a piece of the main character, Frank Black. I didn't exactly know how I wanted Josh to do the piece but I knew I wanted it to be moody and include Legion (the demon), who is a manifestation in Frank's mind. Legion appears in many forms but this was the form that I thought best showed what Legion is.

If you haven't saw the series, Frank has the ability to to get into the mind of kiilers and see how they see. As Frank put it in one of the first episodes "I become the thing we fear the most. I become capability. I become the horror. What we know we can become only in our heart of darkness. It's my gift. It's my curse."

When we were discussing the piece Josh said that he also loved the series so I knew the piece was going to be great. Needless to say I love it.

Piece was published on page 21 of Josh's Sketchbook "Scream!!!".
