Hughes Story Powergirl 2003 Baltimore

I was so impressed with the pencils that I did not want to have the original inked. But, as much as I like the pencils, I was dying to see what Karl could do with his famous inking ability. I approached Karl Story and asked him if it would be out-of-line for me to request that he ink a copy. Karl said that it was not unheard of and suggested that I convert the scanned image to "blue line". 3 hours of Photoshop self-instruction later, I was ready. A friend of mine who works at Kinko’s helped me to tweak the color and to print the image out onto some art board. (Thanks Aaron) Karl Story was nice enough to ink this for me in Baltimore. I hope that you are as pleased as I am with the finished product.
