DescriptionI first met Scott Hampton at the Charlotte HeroesCon in 1984. Young, brash and saving up to buy a hamster ranch, the young Hampton had several pages from his new graphic novel, Silverheels, for sale. This is the first one I bought. Looking back, this was one of the first modern graphic novels, one of the first fully painted stories... hard to believe Scott was such a trendsetter. And yet, he was.
