Description

Robert Bonfils was the king of 1960's sleaze paperback art, creating hundreds of paperback covers. Check out the Illustration magazine feature on him, in one of the back issues. Though most of his paintings are tame by today's standards, they were quite outrageous at the time. This is a recreation c. 2000. The 1960's original does not exist, so I commissioned Mr. Bonfils to do this recreation a number of years ago. I love the psychedelic feel, the bad girls and the lettering!
