The_Black_Cat - Robin and Nightcrawler -

For quite some time now, I've been a fan of an artist called The Black Cat whose love of the Batman family is matched only by her cheerful irreverence and talent. Her Batman and Sons should be required reading for anyone who wants to write Batman.



I asked her for a couple of Dick Grayson and Kurt Wagner pictures, suggesting their adventures together on the one night a year that the DC and the Marvel Universes are close enough for a teleporter to bridge the gap.



In this one it's still early in Dick's career, and he finally gives in to Kurt pleading to see the Batcave and takes him for a visit. Of course, Dick has some fun and tells Kurt that the T-Rex is real, it's just dormant, and he mustn't wake him up... Cue some fun with an animatronic dinosaur, a remote control unit in a utility belt and an easily spooked Nightcrawler!
