Description

So, after seeing some of the cool jam pieces by fellow CAF member Michael Gowcharan, I thought I would give it a go. Michael had some good tips for me, including get a layout done first, and if this layout is any indication, this piece is going to rock.

I enlisted comics veteran and all around great guy Trevor Von Eeden to do the layouts on this piece. This is actually the prelim for the final layouts, which I will post later. Trevor attacked this assignment with gusto and it shows.

The idea I came up with was a DPS of Spider-Man and Nightwing battling a revised Sinister Six consisting of Deathstroke, Green Goblin, Man-Bat, Venom, Two-Face and Doc Ock.

I'm taking this up to Emerald City Comic Con to get it started, but I'm not going to jinx it, but I'm really hoping to give you guys some great updates next week.

this is absolutely Fantastic!!! Love how Deathstroke's attack is going thru Spidey and Nightwing. The composition is top notch. Can't wait to see its progress.

This is so cool. I am a huge fan of Trevor's work. I'm looking forward to seeing how this progresses with various artists inking/finishing over Trevor's dynamic layouts.
