Description

I got this one at MegaCon 2009. Mike had come to the convention with several roughed out Capt America pieces, but, as luck would have it, this was the first con in years that he got no Cap requests. So strange as it may sound this Sub-Mariner originally started out with the boot cuffs, shield and wings on his head rather than his feet. In the end he transitioned quite nicely, though.
