So I wanted a Nightwing piece by Scott Mcdaniel and we all know Dick becomes Batman in Bruce's absence..so I asked Scott to do a piece of Nightwing holding the cowl. Can you say homerun :) Thank You Scott!

Very strong piece ! I also really enjoyed McDaniel's run on NIGHTWING. Too bad that due to DC's intentions to kill off Dick in INFINITE CRISIS (which was cancelled at last minute), they did manage to blow off his unique backdrop (Bludhaven) and his interesting cast of allies and villains.

My favorite version of Nightwing! For me, Scott's version is THE definitive version. Great homage, Brian! You can tell that Scott was really into this thematic choice.

Amazing!! I do love McDaniel's work. Pittsburgh is the only place I know to get a sketch from him.
